Charlotte Fat Loss is dedicated to providing effective fat loss and weight loss solutions in the South Charlotte/Mint Hill area.  For over 20 years, we have helped both men and women achieve the body goals and healthy lifestyles they desire through our nutrition and weight loss services.*  Our procedures are aimed at pain free, non-invasive fat loss and are successful alternatives to liposuction.   Ask about our Contour Light Infrared treatments, and our Doctor Supervised Weight Loss program.

Dr. Kelley Helmendach

President/Owner

Kelley Helmendach, BS, DC, BCN has over 30 years of experience in chiropractic care. She is one of a few chiropractic physicians in North Carolina with post-graduate certification in Pediatric and Pregnancy care. Dr. Helmendach is also certified in neuropathy care and spinal decompression and focuses on help for low back and headache pain through nutritional/dietary analysis and counseling.

She received her DC degree from the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois where she met her husband. Dr. Kelley is committed to her patients by learning the latest advancements in health enhancement and weight loss to ensure each patient gets the personalized treatment needed to feel better and become more healthy. “I like to find the cause of the pain and get rid of it as quickly as possible. As well as make you healthy from the inside out.”

She and her husband live in Charlotte with their four children.

Dr. Will Mosbey

Dr. Will Mosbey DC, BS, CFMP, a native of Poplar Bluff, MO, earned his Bachelors Degree in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from Regis University in Colorado Springs, CO in 1995. He continued his education and received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, GA.

Dr. Mosbey has been an athlete all his life. He played college basketball at East Central College in St. Louis, MO and while serving in the United States Air Force stationed at the USAF Academy in Colorado Springs, CO, he was a member of the USAF Academy golf team. Dr. Mosbey also holds a National Championship in volleyball from the 1997 United States Volleyball Association National Championships held in Kansas City, MO.

Dr. Mosbey and his wife Stephanie live in the Weddington area of south Charlotte.  They have four children (all grown adults) and two grandchildren. When Dr. Mosbey is not at the office he enjoys playing golf, working out, doing DIY projects for his Youtube channel, and simply leading a very active lifestyle.
